Welcome to my newly built apartment (built in 2022), offering a perfect setting for your photo and video shoots. Step inside this airy and light filled residence with large windows. An easy palette of monochrome tones which means its very customisable to your individual needs without too much upheaval. I have decorated in a very minimal and modern way.
The property features an open plan kitchen and a balcony which overlooks the river thames in one direction and the airport runway in another direction. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We have filmed various influencer campaigns, music videos, content creation and many other types of content here.
The closest station is King George V DLR station, also a multitude of bus routes go through this area.

Our various lifestyle setups, including unique furnishings and backdrops, offer endless possibilities for your shoot. For example the wall by the dining area can be transformed into a traditional studio with backdrop for specific photography needs. We take care of every detail to ensure your experience is seamless and stress-free. And with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with premium teas, coffee, snacks, and bubbly, you can fuel your creativity and celebrate your accomplishments. I am always at hand to assist throughout your booking to ensure you have everything you need. You can also connect your own music to our speakers to set the perfect vibe for your shoot.
The entire apartment is available to hire, please specify in your booking which room you would like to use. There is underground parking available for 1 car and metered parking available just up the road.

Please provide details of dates, hours, number of people and areas required for shoot and production/HMU, plus name of artist for music videos.
Corporate, press, business, product and PR events very welcome, locations are not available to rent for private parties or private events
Pricing: Price shown per hour is for a 3 hour minimum booking period, and assumes weekday bookings (Mon-Fri), standard hours (between 8am – 8pm) with maximum 15 people
Terms: Hire time includes first person arrival to last person leaving · If overtime may be required - please state up front.
Increases in number of people from that booked will be subject to £25pp
Hours outside of bookable hours and weekend please message prior to discuss.
Hirer must have adequate damage and public liability insurance
House Rules: No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs in houses, gardens and pools - Eating and drinking in designated areas only - Shoes off inside locations, or shoe protection used - Smoke and haze may be used with agreement - Please ask to move furniture, art or furnishings - All rubbish to be removed at the end of the hire, dealing with leftover rubbish will be subject to a £50 charge per bag.
Overtime Arrangements: If your shoot extends beyond the agreed-upon booking time, please note that overtime will be charged at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. To avoid any confusion, please ensure that any overtime arrangements are confirmed and agreed upon before the additional shooting time begins.
