Getting here
The house is a 4-5 minute walk from Crystal Palace train station, which is connected to the London Overground and also has direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge. Next to Crystal Palace station is the famous Crystal Palace park.
Kitchen
Spacious kitchen with large island and island sink. All cabinetry has been made by Pluck Kitchens, with Plywood carcasses and a mix of wood and green and pink laminate veneers. All worktops are Caesarstone quartz. Engineered wood floors. The extended dining and living section of the kitchen space also has a large Samsung Frame TV, with bench seating below it. The dining table currently has 4 chairs and is 160cm in width, but it can be extended to 200cm. The ceiling in the kitchen area is 2.7m and 2.5m in the extended dining/living area. Crittal-style aluminium doors and windows are a focal feature.
Front living room
Living room with tall bay windows and 2.7m high ceilings. This room gets a lot of great light as it's South-facing. Warm, wooden slat panelling dominates this room, along with a statement rope pendant light. Beige French Connection 2-seater sofa, two tan leather West Elm armchairs and one white fluffy armchair are available for seating, along with a tan leather pouffe. This room has sliding glass doors that can close off or open up to the back kitchen space. The sheer roller blinds and blackout blinds can all be lifted easily via a remote control as they are motorised.
