The503 Studio
The 503Studio is a large, single, open-plan rehearsal space.
As the building above is residential, the space is best suited to plays and acoustic musicals – sadly we cannot accommodate drumkits.

The space has heating, toilets x2 (one wheelchair accessible) air conditioning, internet access as well as a small kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher.
The 503Studio is fully wheelchair accessible and is only a 5 minute walk from Battersea Power Station (Northern Line). It is a 20 minute walk from Battersea Park Station and is accessible by bus routes; 344, 156 and 436 when you alight at Riverlight Quay.
The 503Studio at Nine Elms will be:
- A centre of international playwriting excellence for early career playwrights
- An open space for anyone in the local community who wants to tell their story and explore their creativity
- A bridge between our artistic development programmes and our theatre productions staged at our Latchmere home
