The Factory has three studios for hire in a refurbished factory building in North London. All 3 studios have beautiful natural light and are ideal for rehearsals, castings and auditions, as well as photography, film, TV, video and commercial shoots, workshops and courses.

Whether you are looking for a dance rehearsal studio to practice your dance troupe or choreograph a performance, our rooms for hire are sure to have what you need. All of our studios are equipped with large mirrored walls & sound systems that enable you to play any backing tracks needed for dance rehearsals or instrumental tracks for singing rehearsals. The three main studios also have sprung floors to absorb shocks, enhance performance and greatly reduce injuries.
