Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
Wait in reception for a member of staff
Our Events team will give you a call few days before your event with us to finalise logistics
We will also provide the contact details of our staff should you need anything else.
There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking
If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided

No confetti & open fires in the space
Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
Leave promptly after your event
Leave the space as you found it
If tables are used for food they need to be covered to avoid damage
For dry hire, you'll have exclusive use of the space, and you may bring your own catering and drinks
There won't be any staff on hand, and we ask that you return the space in the same condition as it was handed to you
You may bring your own decorations (flowers / balloons on a weight etc), but you may not stick things on the wall or hang things off the fixtures
Please note that all setup and take down must take place during the hired period
We don't host kids parties, only children under 1 y.o. & over 12 y.o. are allowed in space
