The arrival and set up time should be included within the booking times If the building is open come into reception but if it's out of normal opening hours, please ring the doorbell A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help No smoking Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site Leave promptly after your event Leave the space as you found it Please make sure all belongings are taken with you unless an arrangement has been made with the venue manager If tables have been used, please wipe them down and sweep the floor If the kitchen is included in your booking please make sure it is left as found with any food taken away or disposed of Sides must be wiped down and any equipment cleaned The floor should be swept and bins emptied Please do not leave any food in the fridge after your booking unless an agreement has been made with the venue manager The church is in a residential area so please keep noise to a minimum when leaving the building especially in the evening Fire alarms Smoke alarms Fire exit signs Fire blankets First aid kit Defibrillators Fire extinguishers
