Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time A key will be provided for entry into the building This key can be collected upon arrangement with the hall manager a couple of days beforehand When you arrive unlock the double door using the key provided and go through the second set of doors into the hall The main lights are on the right hand side by the welcome desk. Please press number 1 (To switch off the lights press the button with the red dot.) On the left the fist door is our office. This should be locked so please do not use this room The middle doors are where the toilets and bay change are located and then there is a hatch and entry door into the kitchen in the far left corner On the right hand side there are double doors leading to a storage cupboard where tables and chairs are stored The other door on the far right leads to a lounge. Please don't use this unless you have booked it There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided No smoking No loud music No vaping Alcohol must be approved by venue Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you Leave promptly after your event Leave the space as you found it Fire blankets First aid kit Fire extinguishers
