You need to visit the school within 48 hours of making a booking with a form of photographic ID and discuss your event with the headteacher. Please contact the venue using the venue contact details provided. If you do not do this within 48 hours the booking will be cancelled
Arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start time
Enter through the green side gate, located on the car park side of the building. You should not enter via the main school entrance
A caretaker will let you in when you arrive but won't remain on site during your event. If you have any issues, please contact the venue using the contact details in your booking confirmation email
Do not drink alcohol on site
Leave the space as you found it – bring your own bin bags and put your bagged-up rubbish in the bins on site
