Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff The booker will receive all details of the person who will be there to greet them along with entrance details the day before your booking. There is someone available to make sure everything goes smoothly. Please call the direct number of the appointed member of staff. No smoking No loud music No vaping No hanging or sticking things on the walls if not pre-approved. No scratching the floors or dragging furniture/props. Equipment is available if booked prior to hire date Do not share the codes outside your organisation Please turn off all lights on exit Please shut the doors on exit Entrance to the complex and building must be closed at all times when not in use This is a residential building, please be respectful with the neighbours . Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site Leave promptly after your event Leave the studios as you found them Please make sure all doors are closed and lights are off.
