Update: Tutti crowdfunding launching soon!
We're so excited to announce that Tutti is preparing its first crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. It will go live in just a couple of weeks. As you've been a part of our founding story, we want you to be able to own a part of Tutti for as little as £12.
We are raising this money to build you a powerful new booking management solution, that will help you manage enquiries, not just from Tutti but from everywhere: your website, phone, email, social media, and even other platforms. This system will help you keep track of every enquiry, customer, payment, invoice, communication, and much more, all in one place. The system is being designed to save you time across your business.

Inbox improvements
We've been receiving reports that various buttons and information on the booking layout are hard to find, so we've spent the last few weeks fixing and improving this system for you. That'll be less noticeable on your side but will create a more seamless process for enquirers, especially smartphone users.
Changes we've made to the inbox:
- Removed the blue text from the top that notifies users to click 'Details'
- Replaced that text with a simple message after an enquiry is sent/received
- Made the 'Details' button visible at all times
- Made the chat functionality visible at all times
- Added a 'Pay' button in the messaging layout so users don't have to click 'Details' in order to find it
- Now an automated message with your address and a 'Get Directions' button will appear in the chat system once the enquirer pays, so users don't have to click 'Details' in order to find it
New field: Features
We noticed while working to optimise your listings, that spaces could benefit from having a 'Features' field.
We realised there was no place to highlight the unique selling points that set your listing apart from the rest. So we've added a new field under the 'General Information' page of listings - as we find it easiest to come up with these while classifying the space/location type.
The 'Features' field is a text box, and you can select from pre-existing options, or add your own features, for example "full-size suit of armour" as pictured above. If you create your own and it's approved by admins, every host will be able to see and use it. Other example features include: Stone fireplace, 64 channel analog mixing console, LED wall, and heated swimming pool.
Looking for feedback: intelligent phone systems
We're currently working to build an intelligent phone system into Tutti (which will be our first premium feature), to help you receive enquiries by phone instead of chat.
It will include a number of smart features including call recording and transcribing for your notes, as well as call forwarding, so it can reach all your relevant team members before going to voicemail.
We would love to hear your thoughts on what you'd like to see in an intelligent phone system, and to get your feedback on our initial designs. If you're up for a chat about this, please drop us an email to let us know.

Decidedly Different
You're probably not able to work from a new country every week, but with the amazing views on WindowSwap, you can get pretty close to it. The website allows you to browse live feeds from all over the world, like this stunning scene from Switzerland. You can either search by location or open a randomly selected window - this is window shopping at its best.
