GREAT COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT. WE ASKED FOR A FEW DAYS WEATHER CHECK AND THEY KINDLY GAVE US AN AGREEMENT TO RE SCHEDULE IF THE WEATHER WASN'T GREAT. ANYWAYS THE HOUSE AND THE HOST WERE BRILLIANT AND KIND. I am Gillian Milner, Founder of Location Creation. I have been successfully renting out my house for shoots for over fifteen years.


I launched Location Creation to share this knowledge and expertise. Now we help others to set up their home or property as a business.


We will provide you with everything you need to start, guide you through the whole process, making it both enjoyable and profitable.

We have a wealth of experience and extensive contacts. Even better, I have made all the mistakes, so you don’t have to.


Once we've helped you get setup, we can continue to help by acting as your agent and managing all enquiries, fee negotiations, shoot calendar management, invoicing, payments, and promotion of your property including listing it here on Tutti.
