We are a small, modernised, minimalist venue (formerly a shop) suitable for small rehearsals, gatherings, meetings, workshops, events, yoga, classes, art displays, etc….
Hire by the hour, seven days a week subject to availability. We have two rooms (above and below, connected by stairs) and so the dimensions shown relate to one of them. Both are hired at the same time as they are one unit. 30 chairs, two sofas and max 50-60 on site at same time.
£15ph during week 6am-3pm. £30ph after 3pm Mon-Thurs. £60ph Friday after 3pm and weekends and bank holidays.
We are situated on the road that runs up behind the Tooting Common Athletics track, if you know that (or indeed if you don't). Free parking outside, bike stand on pavement (free too), buses whizz along nearby, nearest overground stations are Streatham Common and Streatham, nearest tube Northern Line Tooting Bec.
Covid: We are a small venue, but very flexible, so it is important to understand what the user wants to achieve and to discuss potential usage directly, bearing in mind government guidelines at the time. Let us know if we can accommodate your needs! Thanks.

This studio is perfect for writing sessions, vocals, podcasts and even smaller video sessions.
The layout of this room gives the musicians the floor. With 2 cozy sofas and a selection of keyboard instruments, guitars, percussion and an ever changing landscape outside the window you won’t struggle for inspiration in this studio!
And like every Urchin recording studio it comes fully soundproofed, air conditioned and as much tea and coffee as you can handle.

Artists will message you directly with detailed enquiries about when and how they want to use your space. You can accept, reject, or ask more questions. When you both agree to the details, the artist pays in full to confirm the enquiry and make a booking. Then you simply make sure they can access your space at the time requested. When the booking is complete, our system automatically transfers your payment in a couple of days.
