Set a few minutes' walk from Syon Lane Station, and served by multiple bus routes (including the E8, H91, 235, 237 and 267), the B&I Meeting House (a Grade II listed Georgian-era building) is a unique example of early Quaker architecture, and one of the oldest purpose-built meeting houses in London.
Expanded several times over the years since, we now boast our original meeting room alongside scenic and quiet grounds, a summer house in our gardens, small meeting rooms and a fully-equipped kitchen (including cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, sink, etc) - with excellent acoustics, privacy, quiet, and plenty of natural light. (Please note that depending on the day we may fall under the Heathrow flightpath, though the main building is fairly well soundproofed.)
We offer whole-site hires at £50/hr, as well as bookings for our main meeting room, our small meeting room and our garden room at between £17 and 30/hr. All bookings include use of our gardens, kitchen and toilet facilities. Both buildings have level access, plus an accessible toilet with baby-changing facilities in the main building and a hearing loop in the main meeting room. Good WiFi is available throughout the site.

We have plenty of furniture available for use, and are happy to rearrange rooms as required to assist you. The surrounding area has excellent transport links for trains and buses (and the District and Piccadilly lines are short rides away), with nearby corner shops available for food etc. Broadly, the garden room and grounds are available all day throughout the week and weekends, while the main building is available from 6pm on weekdays and all weekends except Sunday mornings - however if you have specific requirements get in touch and we'll do what we can to facilitate!
