COVID cancellation guarantee
We understand that it is difficult to make plans with certainty at the moment due to changing lockdown restrictions and the need to self-isolate. We are pleased to offer this Covid Cancellation Guarantee so that you can book with the confidence that you can obtain a full refund or rebook in the event you need to change your plans due to covid-19.
Guarantee Terms
1 We agree to provide a full refund or rebook your reservation (subject to availability) with no administration fee in the event that:
1.1 the host cannot open due restrictions imposed as a result of covid-19 (including but not limited to national lockdown, local lockdown or closure on the advice of Public Health England); or
1.2 the person making the booking or any member of their party is unable to travel to the host’s premises due to restrictions imposed as a result of covid-19; or
1.3 the person making the booking or any member of their party has tested positive with covid-19, has symptoms of covid-19 and is awaiting a test result or is required to quarantine or self-isolate as a result of the current covid-19 government guidelines.
2 The host requests that you provide as much notice as possible in the event that you become aware of the need to cancel or rebook a confirmed reservation but will honour the above guarantee up to the time of commencement of your confirmed reservation.
3 If you choose to rebook the dates and the cost of the new booking is higher than your original booking, you will need to pay the difference to the host.
4 All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged.
