Relaxed music space rehearsal and writing space with tuned upright acoustic piano for solo and small groups.
Primarily for piano practice, rehearsal, and composition work.
You are also welcome to record using my microphones and equipment for no extra cost, but I urge caution for recording due to occasional outside noise such as cars and outside voices. You'll also need your own laptop/pc with USB-C or Thunderbolt connectivity.

Space can fit 1-2 people, 3 at a squeeze.
Kitchen with kettle, tea, coffee, microwave, oven available.
In addition to the tuned upright acoustic piano, all the below equipment can also be used and experimented with for no extra charge but will require your own laptop/pc to run things. However, again, the space is primarily for rehearsal and writing. For recording I would urge caution due to occasional light background noise.
